Good Morning Botts:
I wish everybody a safe day and week that is in the line of Isaac. My eats are the same today as yesterday so I am not posting them again. I did a 3.2 mile walk this morning at 5:30 AM so my day has started off good. I am thinking that we need to change up our Cardio & Cafe maybe to weigh ins or goals. Let me know what you think.

Hey Tess.. not sure why others at not posting. Looks like just few of us keep it up.
I am not sure how to mobilize people. I lost the drive to post once I figured out what really works for me on daily basis. I also follow a very boring daily eating plan. Make variation once in a while for one meal. Other than that - same diet every day - small variation what type of proteins I eat at evening.
Maybe others would come in and tell us what would motivate them to post more...

I have been posting on BOTT for nearly a year, will be next month. I am thinking it is about time to let someone else take the reigns. I am like you and I have figure out what works for me and I know that my food is pretty boring. If responses are still low by the end of the week I made stop for awhile and just check in once a week like you. Have a great day my friend.

I would really hate to see you stop posting. I may not post much but you were definitely my inspiration to trying to get back on track. I started following your advice last Wednesday (menu plan) and have been able to stick to it every day since. I feel SO MUCH better already! I have only lost about 4 pounds but I am determined to keep it up!
