Good to see you still working hard.  It is not the quick race - it is the long run - persistence and dedication and finding what works for each one of us.

I am finally eating more dense proteins. Adding a few things here and there.  The iron and the meds - the side effects - really kicked my behind this time.
Last few days I was able to introduce some meat, and beside some horrible gas and minor constipation - I did OK. so today we are adding fish.  lol.. and some more meat.

Eats:
coffee + coconut milk
sunflower seeds
protein shake
cheese sticks
peanuts
fish with veggies - or meat with veggies
LNS: who knows - will think of something.

I did a few crazy things during the weekend but not much damage there.  I still staying on low carb food, no fruits or grains or starchy - food. No sugar and no artificial sweeteners. That works very well for me.
I did not have time or energy to exercise much, but that's OK.  Following low carb diet not only I did not gain, but I lost a few lbs.

I am glad you are getting over your iron side effects and hooray on the pounds dropped.  I think our botters has slowly dropped off cardio and cafe.  I am going to continue through September and if I am blogging by myself, I may go to checking in once a week too.  We may need to think of something new to blog about.  Menus have gotten old.  Continue to do a few crazy things, that is what makes us human.  Have a great week.
