Good Morning BOTTS:
I have had a great beginning today. My husband and I got up at 5:30 AM and was out the door by 5:40 AM. We walked 3.3 miles in a little under a hour. I was so pumped up this morning and still am. I do not know why I quick walking in the morning, it really starts me going. My eats for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: 1/2 PB Quest Bar
Lunch: Brownie Quest Bar
Snack: 1/2 PB Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Meatloaf & Green Beans
Snack: NSA ice cream bar
I hope it is a great Friday for everyone. Remember those vits and fluids.
