I woke up late this morning to a beautiful sunny day. I got dress quickly and drank my coffee on the run. My eats and cardio today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Coconut Cashew Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: 6" steak & cheese sub
Snack: small slice of yellow cake (no frosting)
Exercise: Walking in my neighborhood
