Wednesday, August 22th, Cardio & Cafe

 Happy Hump Day Botters:

The Day has started off with a busy morning but very productive.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:   Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Lunch:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner: Tuna Salad on Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  NSA ice cream bar (the caramel pie has finally left the building)

Exercise:  1 hour walk around my neighborhood

Have a wonderful Wednesday and remember your vits and fluids.  I got my new Vit D and Tender Iron in the mail yesterday.

Hi Botters!

I have been crazy busy and not checking in. Im not doing too well. Havent been to bootcamp and just been eating whatever (within reason of RH and dumping). Im so happy to at least have portion control.

Husband is still out of town and I have puppy duty, but my daughter came home for a few days and has been a TREMENDOUS help. I think I would have lost it in the past couple days without her.

Im having the internal diet fight at the moment. Im resisting the 'diet'. I just want to eat 'normal' but make healthier choices. WHY is that so difficult? 

I am going to bootcamp tonight. Ive told everyone already too, so I know my daughter will give me a hard time if I dont go.

Hope you all continue staying BOT!!
