Saturday, August 18, Cafe and Cardio

Greetings Botters:
It sure is lonesome around here on weekends...oh well, my eats and exercise:

breakfast: 1 egg omelet and a mini bagel with fat free cream cheese
snack: 2 clementines
lunch: 1/2 pork chop,brown rice with sausage, spinach salad, cooked veggies
dinner: sausage and tiny potatoes
snack: nsa blueberry pie and nsa hot cocoa

I got to the gym for 1/2 mile bike and 1/4 mile swim.
