Hiya Botts:
Weather is beautiful here in my little part of the country today. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Cinnamon Roll Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Maybe a Corn Dog or Grilled Cheese
Snack: NSA ice cream bar
Exercise: 3 miles around the neighborhood
Had a good check up yesterday with my PS. Everything has healed great. I am going to need some revision work done on my sides so we are going to have that done the same time as the butt lift and thigh lift around March 2013 to complete my LBL. I am now considering getting my breast lifted too. Sigh...Vanity, such a wicked sin...

Hi ladies!
Sorry I have been MIA. The bar exam is over and I feel healed over the stress and trauma finally. I lost a lot of hair during the process but am getting a lot of sleep and attempting to get my nutrition and supplementation back in line.
I love my long jet black hair and the scalp showing on the sides and on top just bother me. Funny to say this, but I don't feel like I am deficient in anything right now.
Hala, I know I am behind on posts but last I looked you are getting iron infusions again. Are you feeling better yet? Tess, I am glad to see your plans about PS. We are all a work in progress and don't feel like you are being vain! We just want to be normal.
I am weighing in at 184. Just kinda stayed around 182-187 throughout the bar process (depending on stress). I have got to exercise again. Since going back to work and the bar exam, my daily walks with my baby are gone He is going to be 1 year old on 9/11/12! Where is the time going?
Has anyone read about Karen B's Timer Plan? I know we kinda scoff at fad diets BUT it was invented by a RNY patient to get her protein and fluids in. The idea is you set your timer once an hour. I am attempting it today at work. Setting the timer on my I-Phone for every hour. You either have water, protein shake, or a couple of ounces of protein food. I am going to add my supplements to it as well (gotta get healthy and keep my young "Priscilla Presley" hair - Tess as a MS girl, you know about her and her hair haha!) Older ladies say I favor a young Priscilla which is why I love her
