Friday August 17 cafe and cardio

Greetings botters:

breakfast: mini bagel and fat free cream cheese
snack: fat free/sugar free cheesecake and 2 clementines
lunch: salad, cooked veggies, deli turkey, cheddar cheese, whole grain tortilla
snack: nectarine
dinner: chicken thighs, salad, cooked veggies, 3 graham crackers
snack: fat free/sugar free cheesecake and a pear
snack: fat free/sugar free cheesecake

I swam 1/4 mile

I hope everyone has a great weekend.  Tomorrow I am going to start bike riding again.  Just a 1/2 mile and also swim the 1/4 mile.  I feel so much better when I exercise.

Hi Just Me:

I had class all day today to keep my Realtor's license updated.  I will be in school again tomorrow until 5:00 PM.  Eats today were pretty good except for the Raisnets that I had for afternoon break. ugh.... But I did get a walk in when I got home.  Have a great weekend and I will check in again on Monday.

Hi Tess
I was wondering where you were, I thought maybe you went out of town for the weekend.  I am on a roll for a couple of weeks.  My labs came back high (cholesterol, A1C, BP etc) so I really have to keep moving and rededicate myself.  I will be here all weekend.  See you Monday.
