Wednesday August 15 Cafe and cardio

breakfast: metamucil cookies
snack: 2 clementines and sf ff cheesecake
lunch: salad, cooked vegetables, 2 chicken thighs
snack: nectarine and sf ff cheesecake
dinner: tofu, basmati rice and veggies

I swam 350 yds.

what the heck is a metamucil cookie?

my eats today so far
b; egg/turkey pattie
s; 2 cheese stick w/ hummus and atkins bar
l: taco and some pop chips ( bad i know)
s: 3/4 atkins bar
d: chicken and broc

I need to start exercising again. i have zero modivation =(

You buy them in the pharmacy section.  They are cookies made from Metamucil.  I need more soluble fiber in my diet so I have them sometimes for breakfast.  A cookie is 50 calories.

 Thanks for starting the thread this morning.  I had an early doctor's appointment and I am just now able to seat in front of a computer.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Pure protein Bar
Lunch:  half a McAllister's Club and 1/2 a cup of soup YUMMY!!!
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Grilled Chicken
Snack:  Strawberry Crisps

Exercise:  3 miles around my neighborhood

Have a great rest of the day.
