Sunday Aug. 12 cafe and cardio

Breakfast (out with friends): 4 egg omelet with gyro meat and feta cheese, fried potatoes, 2 pieces of buttered toast and 1/2 Belgium waffle
Lunch (out): grilled chicken snack wrap at McDonalds
Dinner: baked potato with cheese and chili, cooked vegetables
Snack: nsa cocoa, pretzle roll and chicken breast

Walk the state fair for 3 hours

B: pure protein bar, fiber
S: 32 oz water, salsa and 2 tortilla chips
L: fiber one cereal and skim milk
S: water, tuna salad
D: bourbon chicken and vegetables
S: fat free frozen yogurt and walnuts

Vit: done
Cardio: walked the mall with family for almost 2 hours
