Snack: pure protein candy bar while running around
Lunch: buffet and skipped dessert (party 1)
Snack: quinoa, egg, rf Swiss cheese, whole grain muffin
Dinner: hot appetizers (party 2)
2 parties today and my lap pool is closed for maintenance...doing the best I can though.
