Sat. Aug. 11 cafe and cardio

Breakfast: egg and cheese burrito
Snack: pure protein candy bar while running around
Lunch: buffet and skipped dessert (party 1)
Snack: quinoa, egg, rf Swiss cheese, whole grain muffin
Dinner: hot appetizers (party 2)

2 parties today and my lap pool is closed for maintenance...doing the best I can though.

B: 32 oz water, fiber drink,
S: fiber one yogurt, walnuts, craisins, kashi go lean crunch
L: chick-fil-a grilled chicken breat, no bun
S: 16 oz water, fiber, drink
D: 3 oz lean steak, peppers, onions, broccoli
S: Protein shake, fiber drink

Vit: done
Exer: 2.2 mile run morning, 1.2 mile walk evening
