Friday, August 10th, Cardio & Cafe

 TGIF Botters:

It has been a long and unusual week for myself but I am finally glad to see Friday get here.  My eats and exercise today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Roast Beef Wraps
Snack:  Special K Crisp Chips

Exercise:  I will walk around the neighborhood tonight.  I can't seem to get my rear in gear early in the mornings lately.  School has started back and all I want to do is roll back in bed for another 30 minutes of shut eye.  This cannot continue.  I got to get back to morning walking.

TGIF Indeed!!

Pulling myself back together. Eating ok, but not super low carb like I had been. Husband is out of town unexpectedly for a couple weeks, daughter is away so Im not really cooking much. My freezer is full of roasts and roaster chickens. Im not going to make that just for myself. Im just going to keep an eye on my food and continue working out until my stress subsides. For now, I feel like a single mother to an infant trying to take care of the puppy by myself. I could really use a nap! lol Oh, and the vet called this morning, my poor baby has round worms ;(

Eats as Im planning today:

Large coffee w/ cream
Arnold Double protein bread w/ Skippy Natural
Subway club salad
Cherries
Not sure whats for dinner yet...

Ive got lots of fresh veggies, so Im having my sister and family over Sunday. I cant eat an entire head of cauliflower and bunch of asparagus by myself before it goes bad. Looking forward to a little cooking.

B: Fiber drink, 32oz water, 1 egg, 1 turkey bacon, .5 oz colby cheese
S:
L: Tuna, light mayo, hard boiled egg, onion, celery
S: 32 oz water, fiber, protein bar
D: fijita no tortilla though
S: protein and fiber

Cardio: 2 mile jog with son
Vit: check

I want to be proud of myself today!  I can do this.

I did really well.  Now to make it through the night without snacking.  That is the worst.  My husband works midnights and I just can't sleep without him.

Breakfast: breakfast burrito at McDonald's300
Snack: pure protein candy bar 200
Lunch: McDouble at McDonald's and a side salad 400
Snack: nectarine and 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber and a tomato 180
Dinner: eggplant Parmesan, lasagna and 1/2 slice garlic bread ? calories
Snack: orange 70

I swam 200 yards this morning.
