 Good Morning Botts:

Sorry about my funky mood yesterday.  I will try to be better today.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein PB Bar
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  BBQ Chicken
Snack:  Special K Strawberry Crisps

Exercise:  Plan on walking around the neighborhood tonight.

Have a great day and remember those vits and fluids.

Good morning. Well, not very good. Lots of excessive family stress going on. Off plan yesterday, but didnt really eat that much. With all the stress I know I wont be extremely low carb, because I wont be cooking as much and will be on the run. I'm planning on just trying to eat whole, healthy food at least until I can get my head straight.

Missed bootcamp last night. It was my momma's birthday.

On a good note though, did I tell you all I have a new baby puppy? She is really to young to be without her momma (just about 7 weeks). She is doing great and I took her to her first vet visit yesterday. They did start her on her distemper, but holding off on everything else for two more weeks. Love my sweet little puppy. She is keeping me going :) She loves to run, so I believe I have a blooming running buddy!!

Hope you all stay bott, Im working on it. I will not use this as an excuse to gain!!

Morning All,

Hope everyone has a good day today!

My eats:

breakfast-banana and slice of toast
lunch-tuna on wheat
dinner-either a salad or chicken and veggies
snacks-lite and fit greek yogurt
plus coffee with ff 1/2 & 1/2

It's raining so I may go walk around Walmart
for exercise today

I am needing some food support so here I am again. 

Breakfast: 1/2 orange and Metamucil cookies
Snack: reduced fat Swiss cheese slice and nectarine
Lunch: salad, 2 tbsp. light thousand island dressing, chicken breast 5 oz., 10 green olives
Snack: nsa cocoa and apple
Dinner: 5 oz. chicken breast, zucchini, onion, red and yellow pepper
Snack: Greek yogurt and clementines
Snack 1 cup quinoa and light spaghetti sauce

Exercise: I got to the gym and swam 150 yards

Hello to all, its Good Afternoon, for me :

Still doing pretty good at staying focused...Got up again this morning and did a mental reminder : Say to self " getting back on track is simple its just about returning to the same things you did as a newbie post op - focus on protein, say no the that cookie, the "little" piece of chocolate or the urge to snack without thinking about why I'm eating it if I'm really not hungry", one day at a time, today is day 1...The self talk is helping, has pretty much gotten me thru 3 days of "day 1"...

AM Cardio  :  1.5 mile power walk with puppies & son-y boy
Breakfast :  protein coffee (yea! another day of saying no to a sweet with my coffee)
Snack  :  fru-fru coffee & 5 honey/mustard almonds
Lunch  :  meatloaf & a cucumber with salt-n-pepper
Dinner  :  deli turkey & ham smear it with garlic hummus or garlic laughing cow & roll up
                   maybe a few french fries ( pushing away if possible, its hard you know)

Good Afternoon all.  Busy day in meetings, haven't had my lunch break yet (well did a working lunch but not break for the gym yet) trying to decide if I am going to cut out now for my hour or leave early.  Need to get it in since I missed Monday & Tuesday.

b - none, got realy busy when I got in to work & forgot
s - banana
l - 2 small slices of pizza & a side salad
s - protein bar
d - hot dogs

I have been gone for a while but I am glad to be back.  I need the accountablity.  I got to 160 my goal was 150 but now I am up to 185 and this has to stop!

B: Protein shake and Fiber drink
S: 32 oz water
L: Chicken breast, Fiber drink
S: 32oz water
D: Hamburger patty, mushrooms, sm. salad w/ hard boiled egg
S: Protein shake, Fiber drink, 32 oz water

No exercise today but busy
