 Good Monday Morning Botters:

I hope everybody had a great weekend and accomplished what they want to get done.  I had a wonderful date night with my hubby and generally just rested from my trip back home.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Meatloaf & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Bar

Exercise:  Walk around the neighborhood.

I hope everybody has a great start to their week and it continues on through the week.  Remember your vits and fluids.

Got my plan, now to just stick too it

Breakfast  :  protein coffee
Snack  :  chocolate protein bar with crunchy pb spread on top
Lunch  :  sundried tomato marinaded turkey tenderloin & steamed broccoli with lemon & butter
Snack  :  cheese stick, may 2 saltines with it
Dinner  :  chocolate , pb & banana protein shake
Cardio  :   ZUmBA

Good Afternoon all.  Down another 3 lbs this week.  Yeah Me!!!!!!  No gym today as my work schedule just didn't allow it.  I should have gotten up early and headed over there before work but I was just way too tired after a crazy busy wonderful weekend.

B - protein bar
S - none
L - left ower fried rice
S - protein bar
D - chicken cordon bleu

Hi Tess and Botts,

Thanks for the input about Southbeach Tess, I
think that's a better option for me. I admire
those that can do Atkins but I'm not able to.

breakfast-cheesy eggs and mini bagel w/lite cr. ch.
lunch- 3/4 of 1/4 lb. hamburger
dinner- large piece of pizza only ate part of crust
snacks-chocolate milk, my nephew's had no idea it has
220 cals. in 1 cup and I had 2!
Emerald breakfast on the go nuts
coffe w FF 1/2 and 1/2

Okay I was thinking I didnt do too bad today but
looking back I did terrible. I need to do better.
