Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: BBQ Sandwich and Beans
Snack: Vitatop
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner: Grill Chicken
Snack: NSA ice cream bar
Exercise: Wally World Walking

Hi Tess and Botts,
Had the flu last week and sort of got off
track for a while. Gettin back on track just
watching and balancing carbs. Tried to do the
Atkins and it slowed my system waaay down, not
fun.
Prebreakfast-coffee w/ff half & half
Breakfast-lite and fit greek yogurt
lunch-Wendy's baja salad
dinner-1/2 of sandwich roll w/6 slices cold cuts
and 2 slices cheese and some chips
snacks-banana and some mini biscotti, another
coffee with ff 1/2 and 1/2

Hi Edie:
Glad you are recovering from the flu. Have you tried the South Beach Diet? It is similar to Atkins but a lot more doeable for me. After the first two weeks of induction, you get more variety than just meat, eggs and cheese. When I am really hardcore, I do South Beach. You might want to give it a try.
