Friday, August 3rd, Cafe & Cardio
I had a hard time finding my group this morning. Some of my short cuts have been removed from OH page. I wonder why? My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Chicken Salad
Snack: NSA Ice Cream
It is raining right now so not sure what I will do for cardio today yet. I forgot to tell you during my trip to New York, I tried one of the street vendor hotdogs. Needless to say, I puke my guts out in from of Ann Taylor's just past Central Park. Nobody really paid any attention. What a strange place....
But - OH decided to redesign the site.
I also noticed that I am here too much. So I am planning to cut back on OH. I will check weekly - or once a week. I got my stuff under control and I really appreciate You Tess and everyone else.
Life goes on. I will pop in here and there...
The plan for today and teh weekend and next few weeks wll be the same. Easy on the carbs, easy on the food, mostly shakes and easy to digest food. The iron infusion does upset my systaem - but I already started feeling stronger and most of my night RLS is gone.
Today I can feel the acid burning (most likely teh rebound after IV antacid). I took carafate (the ulcer drug) at 5:00 am and at 6:30 I took antacid. I will be following easy day again..
Eats today:
( I woke up feeling that last night food – yogurt with proteins and flax ) is still being digested.. and I feel full.. so the day start with a nice cup of coffee, and I may avoid eating until I have to. (maybe 9-or 10?)
Coffee + almond milk, stevia.
Coffee + almond milk, stevia + my morning vitamins- pills. (mix B’s, some calcium, extra K, A, probiotics, my thyroid minerals, my extra herbs, fish oil - krill, etc.) BTW: there is enough to keep my pouch semi busy.
Protein shake
Proteins shake or protein cookies ( I may cook some eggs.. not sure)
Soup with egg and flax meal (
Yogurt (full fat ) ½ cup with 1 scoop proteins and 1 TBS flax. Maybe ½ cup berries.
Protein cookies (at the movie), cheese sticks

That sucks on the bookmarks and I will miss your daily commentary but I understand about being on OH to much. I feel the same sometimes. I am glad that you have your stuff under control again. It can really make you feel out of sorts when your body is not doing what you want it to do. I will look forward to hearing from you at least once a week. Have a great weekend.
