Tuesday, July 31 Cardio & Cafe

Hello Botts!  Holding my own weight wise.  Figured I was at a spot for a stall and didn't get to exercise as much in the last few days but no gain so I am happy.  Did suck it up and hit the gym today, tennis shoe was okay on my tattoo so I think I will be good.

B - protein bar
S - banana
L - salad w/chicken
S - carrots w/peanut butter or protein bar
D - undecided

Today I got the second iron. All is good but I do need to take it easy. Probably will do more shakes and easy to digest foods.

Eats today:
Coffee + coconut milk
Protein shake
Protein cookies
Cheese
Protein shake
Yogurt with proteins and flax
protein pudding

Exercise : if I feel up to it maybe swing dancing, if not - nothing.
