Monday, July 30 Cardio & Cafe
Good Morning, BOTTS! Hope your Monday is going amazingly well. My plan for the day is easy--I have to have a test tomorrow morning so I'm on a cleansing diet -- yippee.
B - coffee and jello
S - nothing
L - pop and jello
S - water, water, water
D - tea and jello
S - water, water, water
Stepped on the scale for my usual Monday morning weigh-in and I'm no longer stalled...I actually gained 1.5 pounds! Not sure why except for those stupid SF chocolates. Stuck right to my eating plan, exercised every night. So bummed.
I'll try to walk the dog tonight. Last night our neighbor's dog came out and started a fight with her. She's okay but I have scratches all over my legs. Stupid nosy boxer.

Sorry to hear about your weight gain. It may be the SF chocolate. I know that my body sees some of the SA as "sugar" (sorbitol, malitol) and if I eat food with that I may dump or get RH or both.
Other SA give me horrid gas (pain and smell) and the only one that I can really tolerate is Erythritol. But I am still very careful with that.
If the SA is causing the issue - it is most likely water gain due to too many carbs - and once you give that up - your weight should go back to normal. Good luck with the test.
Went to bed late last night and ... overslept. So no walking or even stretching today. I may need to do some walking late today. My weigh day is Sunday Morning and the scale showed 1.5-2 lbs loss. I take that.
Eats:
coffee + coconut milk
protein shake (late morning)
frittata (it was suppose to be breakfast but pouch not happy - irritation or ulcer - most likely due to the iron infusion)
stuffer pepper, veggies
meatloaf + veggies
protein shake
LNS: protein pudding... (mix 4 oz of coconut or almond unsweet milk with 1 Tbs PB or Almond butter, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 scoop of protein powder, + sweetener. Let it sit in a fridge for a few hrs. It will thicken )

Good Afternoon all! Had a great date day with hubby last Friday & love my new tattoo, 3 little butterflies on the top of my foot! Fabulous weekend at home with family. Was groggy & not functioning well this a.m. so I forgot to weigh in. Oh well will have to shoot for tomorrow. No gym today as I am still not quite ready to put a tennis shoe.
