Thursday, July 26th Cardio & Cafe
Since Tess mentioned she wouldn't be on & no one else had started the thread I figured I would go ahead. Today is my Friday. Off tomorrow for a date day with my hubby. Will do my weights today at lunch, perhaps some extra cardio since I doubt I will make it to the gym tomorrow.

D - spaghetti & side salad

Thanks for starting the thread Ms. Court, hope you have a happy "Friday"...
I am struggling the last few days with boredom eating, is has been SOOOO SLOW at my office and my boss does not approve of us finding ways to entertain ourselves so its like watching paint peel and all I think about is having a bite of this and a bite of that - its killing me ...Keeping trying to hold on
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : small slice whole grain sunflower seed toast & 2 slices of thick bacon
Lunch : deli turkey & cheese rollups and sliced tomatoes
Dinner : asian boneless pork ribs, mozz-n-tomato salad & a small piece of cornbread
No Cardio today, but been doing plenty of housework in prep for company this weekend - does that count ?

The post iron infusion time is worse that I remember from last year - but last year I had that 4 days in a raw - and this time it is one day a week. First the steroids and iron made me high... then I got indigestion and headache ... and today is the crash. - post steroids crash... fun... At least I know what is causing it so at least I know I am not going completely crazy. Still... emotional... like a really bad PMS... and no matter how many times you tell yourself -" it is just hormones" ... the emotions are there... crap. I will deal with that.
On a good note - I may be going to visit my friends in Denver Co... at the end of August... and since they are very active - I do need to get in shape fast. Not only I will be in up high - there... low oxygen state - but physically I have been just walking and that not much... So... the plan is to get up and start moving - or rather running... lol.. Will do. I do work great on deadline. I am planning to start with yoga, then add some power walking...

Coffee + coconut milk
sunflower seeds
protein shake
pork loin + veggies
hard boiled eggs
proteins shake
salmon burger + veggies.

try the 85% dark chocolate. I like it I take a small bite and let is slowly disolve... It takes care of chocolate fix when I need it.
On my crazy days - I may even get some 75% dark chocolate... but taht I do limit how much and how often. 85% limits itself.
