Did fairly well yesterday.  Learned that I really do not like Pure Protein bars.

B - protein coffee
S - skinny SF decaf mocha latte ("nothing coffee" except for all the milk)
L - protein shake
S - 2 hard boiled eggs, cucumber salad
D - BBQ chicken, sauteed zucchini & yellow squash
S - Pure protein bar, 1 c SF jello (mouth hunger)

No exercise, hubby took our dog for her walk since it was too humid and hot for me (asthmatic)

 Today was my first day getting back on track;

Breakfast protein shake
Lunch 1/2 slice of pizza and Greek yogurt 
Snack Greek yogurt 
Dinner a slider burger
Night snack 1/4 cup of soy nuts

I night time bike ride with my son.  I think it was a good first day.
