Afternoon Botters:

It has been a lazy weekend for me.  I he so much I need to be doing to get ready for my trip to New York but I cannot get my rear in gear.  It is raining here today so no exercise except for Wally World.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  ?
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  BBQ Pork on Thin Wheat Sandwich Buns
Snack:  ?

I am in a mood for something different but I am not sure what yet.  I hate it when I don't have a plan.  I mostly get in trouble that way.  I will take my vits and drink my fluids and hope for the best.
