Blah day here for me.  Not feeling real perky.  My eats for today so far are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Nothing
Snack:  Nothing
Lunch:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  ?
Dinner:  ?
Snack:  Probably a vitatop

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.  Remember those vits and fluids.

Sorry Tess you did not feel that good. Hope the day was better at the evening.
I am maintaining my low carb diet. Same as always.  I am bit tired being tired. I hope iron infusion will help.
