Good Monday Morning Botts:
My husband got me out of bed this morning to go walk and I was so tired but after the first mile, I was in it for the long haul. My eats for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Ham Sandwich
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Grilled Chicken
Snack: Vita Top

Up and around. Work... as usual. My cat decided she was too tired and she will sleep all day at home.. Some days - I wish I were a cat - my cat...lol..
My eats:
1 tsp almond butter, coffee _+ coconut milk
sunflower seeds
omelet w veggies and cheese (I made it but one look I knew it was "no go" - so hopefully later)
meat and veggies
protein cookies
protein shake
soup...
some proteins and veggies..
walking - at least 30 min... maybe yoga?

Happy Monday BOTTS! I am very proud to say that I am down 7 lbs in 6 weeks!! Yeah me!!!! Cardio is scheduled formy lunch break today.

Munchies yesterday -- ate lots of cheese sticks. Had a ball at the beach with hubby and our little ones. Also took a long walk with the dog later in the evening. Here's yesterday:
B - protein coffee
S - cheese sticks
L - Zone Perfect protein bar, dry roasted peanuts
S - cheese stick, then another cheese stick later, then another cheese stick later
D - stew (just the meat, carrots, onions and a few peas)
S - veggie salad with feta cheese

Still on the low carb plan. Not seeing the
scale move much but my sis says she can tell
I'm losing. She loves me, lol. I'm not giving
up but so impatient for the scale to tell me
I've lost.
Todays eats:
2 coffees w/cream
protein shake
coffee w cream
tuna salad on a coco pop
32 oz water
seasoned turkey burger with onions and mustard
w/green beans and cucmber in vinegar.
Not sure what else, will edit later if I eat anything
else..
