Saturday, July 14th, Cardio & Cafe

Afternoon Botts:

I know I am late posting but I have had a busy day so far.  I slept in this morning until 10:00 AM and then I hit the mall and Sam's Club later.  Just got home and decide to post my day so far.

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake
Lunch:  1/2 a steak burger from Steak & Shake
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  1/2 pkg. peanuts
Dinner:  1 slice thin meat lovers pizza
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

I plan on taking an evening walk around 7:00 pm tonight.  Have a great weekend.

Hi Tess and botts,

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend, we're having
a thunderstorm this Sun. morning. I love thunderstorms
and we can really use the rain so it's a good thing!

My eats on Saturday were pretty good until I got
into the sunflower seeds last night. Also my sodium
is way too high so I gotta start making different
potein choices and drinking lots and lots of water.
Atkins says you don't need to worry about salt but
I'm not so sure about that.

My eats for Saturday were:

half a 3 egg omelet w/colby cheese & 4 strips bacon

salad with salami, ham, cheese, olives and italin d.

chicken thighs w/sauteed onions, mushrooms & peppers
with canola oil 7 1 slice swiss

2 diet cokes, 4 coffees w/h & h and 8 oz water

guessing over course of evening 1/2 c.sunflower seeds
and that's unshelled, yikes!

I know my calories are way too high, too much salt
and almost no plain water-not good

So Sunday so far:

body fortress vanilla PP w/coffee, 1/2 c Hood low
carb milk and 1 T. h&h

another coffee w/1 T h&h-I know.. am starting on the
water right after I post this

Lunch and dinner to be determened
