Getting on the recumbant bike in a bit and walking the dog. Preparing my 15 yr old for a funeral tomorrow, her friend's mom past away from cancer, not looking forward to that. I'm going to try to have a good day.

water, vites and trying to go to bed at 10 insted of 12am

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

Glad you're feeling better Hala, and Tess
you can send some of that rain my way, my
gardens baldly need it. Walked at the Peninsula
with my sis and pup

my eats:

coffee w/cream
decaf w/cream

b-egg,cream cheese, zuke scramble-was sposed to be a
pancake but it didn't work out!

s-pure protein shake w/almond milk

l-veggie salad with olives,turkey, cheddar & bacon
ranch

d-Panera's chicken salad w/avacado and vinagrette

large iced tea

3 bottles water

s-small bag peanuts
