Great advice!
1. 6-7 small meals per day
2. Drink water- half your body weight in oz
3.Know how many cal you burn and how many to consume to lose
4.Consume minimally processed foods only
5. Eat more greens and veggies
6. Protein for breakfast
7. Minamal sugar, soy and dairy
8. eat .7 grams of protein per pound of body weight
9.Ask how it was prepared
10. Only healthy fats: EVOO, nuts, etc.
I love all of them except the last one.
I do belive that other fats like butter, full fat organic milk, coconut oil - though they are still mistakanly consider bad fats - are really good for us.
Do try coconut oil - for nay baking or cooking. Really good stuff.
