Happy Hump Day again Botts:
I got out early and walked my 2.5 miles in the cooler morning air. It was really nice. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Steak Taco
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Tuna Salad
Snack: Ice Cream Bar
Have a wonderful day and remember to take your vits and drink your fluids.

Good Morning!
I was offline yesterday, but Im back today! I think Im talking myself into trying to go low carb again. Maybe when we get back from the beach. Ive got to get my game face on to do this, so Im giving it time to sink in. Not sure if I should discuss it with hubs yet. He goes so all or nothing. My trainer is recommending Paleo which does at least add some fruits and sweet potatoes. I believe I should be able to have Quest bars too :)
Eats for today:

Pure Protein bar and banana
Maybe yogurt and soy crisps
Arnold double protein bread and Skippy Natural
Not sure whats for dinner, but it will be late

My upper endo went well yesterday, doc says all looks really good, pouch and stoma still very small & tight...Good news as far as surgery success goes, but now it just verifies what I have been wanting to deny all along - Its ON ME to do the right things to keep my weight loss successful , so, as I already know, back on the horse, I'm going to follow Edie's lead and work on really low carb count per day...In the early surgery days I counted EVERY carb and goal was to keep it under 30 a day, will shoot for that again with the exception of one day a week I will treat myself to a carb choice (like a croissant for breakfast on Sunday) and see if I can come to grips with myself over eating right...
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : 2 breakfast sausages, a cheese stick, couple slices of garden tomato and 1 cashew
Lunch : roast beef and cheese roll-ups & fresh made greenbeans
Snack : iced protein coffee
Dinner : protein shake
Cardio : ZUMBA

Happy wednesday all! Splurged last night on a piece of pie while out with a friend, but was so excited wth myself when I was able to pu**** away before eating it all cause I knew it was way too big of a helping. did my walking laps in the current pool, wow there were quite a few people in there this a.m. so me walking against the current with 8 others going with the current was a challenge.

Alright, I am starting over as of right now! Just e-mailed my nut at Dr. C's to set up an appt. and get bloodwork done.
Need to lose about twenty regained pesky pounds! I think I thought it was just going to go away but it hasn't.
So, low carb, here I come.

Second breakfast-protein cookie and coffee
Lunch-top layer of lean cuisine chicken mahgerita withadded moz. (about 1/2 Cup of pasta and no sauce: I didn't realize it was in a hidden compartment) (YUCK! Don't buy these.)
Snack (planned)-protein drink
Dinner (planned)-salmon and broccoli
Exercise - 30 minutes legs, arms, abs

Today's been pretty a pretty good day so
far. Made some home made sauce w/hot peppers
and steamed some zukes. I was in a veggie
choppin mood today. I've lost about 7 lbs
in the first week of low carbing. I hope
it continues and it's not all water. I'm
gonna keep plugging along
My eats:
1 egg and 1 egg white omelet w/ cheese & ham
egg and cream cheese pancake
salad w/celery, cukes, 5 cherry maters, bell
peppers, 5 olives, ham, turkey and blue cheese
sauce w/hot sausage over ricotta cheese
steamed zukes w/parm
protein shake later
4 cups coffe w/cream
