Hi All,
One week down on my low carbing and one
more to go. It's beautiful out today,
going outside to enjoy the day right after
I log this.
My eats:
3 deviled eggs made with Hellmans, which made
me feel not so good this morning
lunch w/scoop of Body Fortress Vanilla PP
with 8 oz cold coffee over ice which was
divine!!! Although it had 7 carbs. My chocolate
Pure Protein PP has only 2 net carbs so I'll
try that next time
It's Tues. so dinner at my sister Betty's and
she made low carb swiss steak, she's doing
Atkins too! It'll be nice to have the
support and she wants to lose a few to
before we go to SC in September!!!

Hideho Botts!! Settin my Eat-O-Meter to 0 today.
Accccckkkk!!!! had to edit this.cuz its not the truth.... "MOST" of my weight..not "ALL" ...of weight lost doing the 5DPT...is back on. I have for the past 3 days..been on a carb frenzy. Raw nuts, raw seeds, raw & cooked legumes and veggies, dairy. and LOTS OF IT!!! All good stuff tho right...no alcohol, no junk, processed refined ..never ate anything with flour or sugar...nevertheless Im up...I must concede that even tho I prefer carbs... my body does NOT! ......so Im back to eating animal flesh again
so here goes
Double protein coffee SF creamer
4 morningstar sausage patties
tins of sardines + smoked oysters a tiny bit of spicy brown mustard..maybe a tsp
3 provolone cheese wrapped turkey deli slices
dinner...SOME KIND of MEAT
Vits / Mins...always
Water going for 90oz AS USUAL ...more like 80oz daily tho
Sleep GREAT
Stress: 5
Exercise- if I can squeeze it in...painting kitchen & housework...Grandkiddies comin from LA
Good Afternoon! Missed yesterday as I ended up home sick, I believe the cause was too much junk/grease food at dinner on Sunday. I have been really watching my food choices for the last few weeks & decided to splurge on Sunday during a girls day outing with my sisters, well my body let me know what it thought about that. I will say though I am down 5 lbs in the last few weeks, WOOHOO!!!
Got my gym workout in today at lunch.
