Congratulation.
Sum up the good things:
1. you are still here
2. you weigh less than 9 years ago
3. you know if you do what you know - it will work again and you can lose weight

 and last but not least...

4. You met us (virtually) and ... beacuse of that - you are happier than before --- We love you and your support ... smile..

Hi Carly:

Congratulations on being out nine years.  Like Hala said, you are less than you were nine years ago.  Just think if you had not had the surgery.  Where would you be then?  Everyday is a new beginning, your tool is still there to help you.  I think sometimes we just get accepting of where we are at.  I know for fact, that something will trigger you eventually and you will get where you want to be at, you just got to find that trigger.  Have a great day.

Carly congrats on your anniversary! I know that imperfect feeling like we failed in some way when we gain. But we can lose it again. I have enjoyed the most DELICIOUS, hot low carb foods last week and had a little 1 lb drop. And I FEEL better. You can do this! I am, and will always be, a food addict. But we can manage the addiction one day at a time.

Thanks so much you guys. I had beef brisket yesterday to celebrate. I know what I have to do to stay on track and I pray God gives me the strength to do it
