Good morning Everyone...
It is going to be a hot day today... yet again.
I am up and ready to face the day. What I baked yesterday made me sick - so ... with a hard heart I trash that and this morning I made good protein cake. So now I have cookies and fake brownies -cake.
eats today
coffee+ almond milk, cake batter... (one serving worth ... lol)
more coffee and few slices of cake... (what ? need to make sure it is good...yum...)
rest is planned - but not sure how it will go.
eggs bacon and veggies or frittata (all together - and baked with cheese..)
salad with chicken or fish or protein cake or cookies..
protein "frozen slushy"
meatloaf and veggies (or Japanese - maybe)
LNS: protein cookies or cake.
BTW: I tried and liked the Extend brand munches - crisps - but the bars - not so much. I know I will not be eating them. I do need to find out how I can bake my own "food" or what type of food as LNS will give me stable BS - I can't eat the bars (don't like them) the snacks are not only expensive but also have tuns of artificial stuff and soy that I try to avoid.
exercise - walking - lots of walking - and house work... some other... ... that will add endorphins and burn calories...

I decided to sleep a little later this morning but I am ready to face the day. We had a rough storm come through last night but we were among the few who did not lose power. Thank you Lord. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Late Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Rotel Chicken
Snack: Watermelon
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: ?
Snack: Protein Bar maybe
Exercise: Walking somewhere indoors today. To hot out.

It's hot here too, 98 last I checked. I bought
2 boxed of those Extends bars, was looking for
something low carb. I will not be buying them
again, I agree with Hala, not good at all. I'll
use what I bought but don't waste your money.

1 oz peanuts & 2 oz cheddar
maybe a salad with protein
shake later
