Good morning Botts:

It is another hot day here!  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Grill Chicken Breast
Snack:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Pineapple
Dinner:  Turkey Sausage and Red Beans
Snack:  Ice Cream Bar

Exercise:  late evening walk

Have a beautiful Sunday, drink plenty of fluids and take your vits.

Thank you, for coming on this board everyday with Cardio and Cafe I might not reply and put down what I am eating yet.  However I really appreciate your effort and information everyday.  I try to check in a couple times a day and read my three groups I am a member in!

I forgot I have a question about Miralix? Were you told that is safe to use on a daily basis? I am always constipated and hate taking laxatives.

Miss the question about Miralax.  Yes, my doctor prescribed it to me and it is okay to take daily.  It is almost like benefiber.  It doesn't make you go but makes it easier when you go.  I take a combination of Miralax, 1 teaspoon of benefiber and 2 Magnesium Oxide tablets a day and almost always go daily to the bathroom.

Protein coffee/SF creamer
2 fried eggs in coconut oil
salsa
2 celery stalks and natural peanut butter
1/2 cup refried beans n cheese
4 oz pulled pork, 1/4 cup FF cottage cheese

64oz great value naturally sweetened (stevia)


exercise..laundry and gardening, walk tonight when it cools
Sleep..4hrs :-(
Stress 1-5    5  ungrateful DD, doormat mom issues ongoing -- GIVE ME STRENGTH!!
