Saturday, June 30th, Cardio & Cafe

Hiya Botts:

It is a Hot, Hot Day here in Mississippi.  I promised my daughter we would go shopping for shoes today but I sure hope we find them quickly.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  1/2 Pimento Sandwich
Snack:  Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Dinner:  Catfish & Slaw (My husband's birthday was yesterday so we are celebrating  today)
Snack:  Ice Cream Bar

Exercise:  Wally World and Mall Walking

Have a safe and cool day if possible.  Drink plenty of fluids and take your vits.

sleep 4 hrs. :-(
