Good Morning Botts:

It is going to be a hot day in the south today.  Our temps are suppose to reach 102 degrees.  I took my walk early this morning so I did not have to fight the heat.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  Not sure have seminar & lunch there today
Snack:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  1/2 steak & cheese subway
Snack:  ice cream bar

Have a great day and stay cool.  Remember your vits and drink plenty of fluids today.

Good Morning Tess and Botts.
It is going to be hot here today. My hormonal issues are little crazy - not sure why - but I am hot all the time and getting hot flashes like symptoms. I am on HRT - so I am not sure what is going on. O well.... I guess that is the great part of being a woman.

Eats today:
coffee + almond milk
cheese sticks
some meat and veggies
protein shake
salad? or veggies and fish or meat... 
LNS: yogurt with proteins + fruit.

Maybe I will go to dinner tonight, if not - will do some yoga or treadmill.

Been in a meeting all morning. Fun.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Slice Arnold protein bread w/ Skippy natural
Banana
Slice of leftover chicken pizza
Cherries and yogurt
Chicken caesar salad light on the caesar

May go for a swim tonight at my mommas.

Mornin Botts! Day 4 of the 5DPT goin good .. less hungry today!

So far:

Protein coffee n SF creamer
turkey and cheese wraps
hard boiled egg
6chicken frajita strips w/ NM green chili
2 Morningstar sausage patties babybell light cheese wheel
SF choco pudding w/scoop protein powder

32 oz. water PLAIN!! (that's a first!!)
64 oz crystal light Pure made w/ stevia


vits and mins...yep
exercise: 45 minute aquacise ankle n hand weights this am
sleep: 5 hrs only :-(
stress: 3 ...behind on my algebra homework! playin ketchup today

It has been a while since I posted here but looks like I need to start doing this......I need to lose 10-15 pounds and because I am so short it shows up big time! I am looking for the carb plan that Kathy posted about....anyone seen it?
