Hi Everybody,

i would like to introduce myself, I had lap band surgery in 11/08 I have lost over 80 lbs and kept it off.  Why I want to be back on track with everybody is I was fooling myself to think 80 lbs in 3 1/2 years is good enough when I still am overweight.  I was maintaining my 80 lbs lost by eating ice cream because I can't eat cake!  I am a sugar addict emotional eater.  I have a tremendous amount of loose skin and over 50.  I said if I lose any more weight I will look worse instead of better.  With that mind set how was I ever going to continue losing.  I am back on track because of Plastic Surgery has come a long way and the new body contouring has me excited. I went back to the doctor and had another fill 2 weeks ago and I am now exercising which is something I need to do for the rest of my life if I am going to pay for plastics and eating lots of protein and low carbs.  I am averaging about 1 pound lost daily and hope to get to onderland by Labor Day or before.  Thank you, for letting me join your group and any suggestions to stay on track will be greatly appreciated.

 Hi Nance:

Welcome aboard!  I just had plastics 6 weeks ago so I understand the need to lose a little more weight or just to learn to maintenance where you are at.  Right now I am maintaining but would love to lose 10 more pounds.  Most of us here try to eat more protein than carbs, drink plenty of fluids and find some type of activity to keep our bodies moving.  Good luck to you and glad to have you here.
