Bloat busters ..help Botts!
Hi...today is day 3 of the 5DPT ..I woke up this morning with horrible bloat..I figure its from all the artificial sweetners in everything inc my protein supps Ive been drinking/eating the past two days.
Normally Im the first to go online and research my probs myself...but Im pressed for time today and want to know if any of ya BOTTS have bloat and some quick remedies to get rid of it.
My belly is poofed out like Im on my period! lmao ...btw Im post meno so I know it ain't that!

peppermint or ginger tea.
warm green tea -mixed with ginger or pepermint
Gas -X - the chewable or just get the green caps and bite into them. I can use 2-3 at a time.
Watch for SF gums or even some vitamins have sugar alcohols in them. Even little may make you bloated.
noting with bubbles - so no soda or even shakes that have too much foam - air trap in it No drinking with a straw - I know I suck in extra air.
Yoga child pose - 2-5 min - on a floor - breathe with your belly.
Extra probiotics.
Stevia does not bother me - so that's what I use.
Peppermint oil - you can put a drop (no more) in your mouth (any health food store should have real.peppermint oil) You can even rub some (one drop) on your soles.. Gets absorbed that way.
Go for a walk - and work your abdominal muscles - suck in and out - breathe with your belly - deep breathing.
Last but not least - massage your belly, breaks the bubbles -and allow them to move ...

did the tea green n heavy on the peppermint (cuz I have the dried tea leaves) n walking exercises earlier this am....It all worked out.lol....I felt so much better ty
