 Hiya Botts:

I got my rear in gear this morning and headed out for a 1 mile walk around the neighborhood at 6:30 AM.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Watermelon
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Ice Cream Bar

Have a beautiful day and don't forget to drink your fluids and take your vitamins.
