Monday, June 25th, Cardio & Cafe

 Good Morning Botts:

I went back to work officially today.  I have been doing some paperwork out of my home but today I am in the office.  Whoo hoo!!! Yay!!! Okay, enough of that.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar
Lunch:  1/2 Sandwich
Snack:  Vitatop
Snack:  Pineapple
Dinner:  Leftover Manwich
Snack:  Ice cream bar

Exercise:  1 mile around the neighborhood

Temps are going to reach 100 degrees today.  I will be walking late in the evening today.  Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids and take your vitamins.  Have a great day.

Good Afternoon Tess!  I am sure you are glad to be back at work if for nothing else other than a change of scenery and companionship.

Fabulous weekend had and I did not want it to be Monday already.  Ugh.  Vacation isn't scheduled until September, I am in trouble.  lol

B - protein bar
S - banana
L - a small bit of pizza pasta & side salad
S - carrots
D - stuffed peppers (YUM!)

Will be hitting the gym at lunch for cardio although I didn't sleep well last night, I have a headache & am losing the desire to follow through quickly.  Hopefully I can get my break soon!  **Update - went over & did 5 miles on the bike!!!

Glad you are feeling better and you are back to work. Just take it easy.

I did OK on weekend. Ate too many protein cookies and since I made them with flax meal and other fiber - I overdid a bit and the gas was really painful. The was not much smell to it - but still - too much gas hurts was too much.

Eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
4 protein cookies (I know... )
skipped a snack..
meatloaf
yogurt with proteins or protein shake
meatloaf
soup with veggies and chicken.

Walking on a treadmill... house cleaning.

Howdy Botts! Day 1 of the 5DPT...got my sister (hasn't had WLS) to do it with me, for support.

Day 1 5DPT: total
Protein coffee w/ SF creamer
3 cups SF pudding with soy protein.
1 cup SF pudding with whey protein
1 can strained...cream of mushroom soup w/ hot sauce
SF gum

96 oz crystal light

Vits and mins...yep!
exercise 4 mile walk this am
slept great last night
stress scale of 1-5: 1
