Good Morning Botts:

Beautiful and warm Sunday here today.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  1/2 Sandwich
Snack:  Vitatop
Snack:  Protein Bar
Dinner:  Spaghetti
Snack:  Mini Ice Cream Cone

Exercise:  Shopping today

Good morning Tess and BOTTers!
I've had a lost 2 days, my DH is still suffering from his RMSF. It seems like he takes 1 step forward and two steps back. I also got a new computer for my birthday, and have had a hard time figuring it out. New Android gadget...
So my food for today:
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - fruit
Dinner - steak and veggies
Dessert - fage w/key lime pie pudding
