It is going to be a hot Saturday here today with temps around 97 degrees.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  1/2 a grill cheese
Snack:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Manwich
Snack:  Mini Ice Cream Cone

Exercise:  Walking
