Thursday Cardio/Cafe
I woke up thinking that today is Friday... that's what happens when you don't get sleep! I went to my hemotologist for an iron check and found that I've lost over 30 lbs. since last year at this time! I kidn't think that it was that much, but I was happy!
Todays plan
Breakfast - protein drink, fruit
Snack - fage
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Dinner - chicken w/veggies

So, I ate my entire cheeseburger last night. Stupid! I know better. My mouth just wanted to keep eating. When am I going to learn??? Just cause my mouth wants it doesnt mean my pouch has room. AND bootcamp was cancelled last night because of the heat.We workout outside because the gym is too small.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Slice Arnold protein bread w/ Skippy Natural
Banana
Hotdog and watermelon for lunch
Pure Protein bar
1/2 BLT and finish off the watermelon
Trainer tonight @ gym
I'll be out until Tuesday at the beach. Hopefully I'll be able to control myself.
I woke up with a headache so I skipped the yoga and the treadmill today. I will do that tonight and tomorrow.
Instead - since I had the time - I baked a batch of protein cookies - and had that for breakfast. Yummy. With coconut flour, and coconuts flakes. (BTW - I do not follow a recipe - so I do not have one - I just put things in together - and when it looks and tastes good - I make cookies. - "little bit of this and little bit of that - until the taste and consistency is just right") - but I measured and counted everything- so I can get accurate proteins and calories count.
eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
protein cookies
more protein cookies (they are that good)
beef stew + veggies
chicken sausage with veggies
protein shake.
beef roast or soup
treadmill or quick yoga class.

I'd lost weight, NOPE. I'm blaming the
toast and chicken noodle soup. Anyways
I went for a 25 minute walk today with
Lola my dog and my sister. My eats for
today:
630am-coffee w/ff half and half
7 am-Monks toast with butter
730am-coffee w/f
9am-3 eggs cooked in 1 tsp butter(out of spray)
1 T salsa
10am-coffee w/ff
12pm-egg salad on 1 slice bread
530pm-not sure yet
plus water and vites

Deb I think 30 lbs iths a BIG WoooWhooo! but I suppose it is all relative, still take the loss and smile a really big happy smile, OK?!?

My upstairs AC was not working last night so had to meet with the heat and air guy this morning to get it running again. House is cool now. Deb, awesome news on the 30 lbs. Keep it up. My eats and cardio today are:

My 22-month old was up for 3 hours in the middle of the night Tuesday and from10:30pm-4:30am last night. Pediatrician is calling in a new antibiotic.. Poor kid!. I'm exhausted and all I can think about, obsess about frankly, is unhealthy comfort foods and chocolate--argh! I'm heading to Biggby's for another skinny mocha latte and a protein bar and then home for a nap or I'm going to make some very unhealthy choices very soon.
Yesterday:
B - 24 oz protein coffee
S - hard boiled eggs
L - Zone Perfect protein bar
S - meatloaf with A-1, chopped veggie salad
D - skinny latte with protein powder added
S - sunflower seeds & peanuts, cheese stick
B - protein bar
S - banana
L - tuna salad
S - protein bar (was feeling hungrier than normal so went ahead with a more filling snack)
D- unsure (have a hair appointment so might go out....
