Belly Button Crisis was averted. I have a long well flap that is opening because of the swelling but once that is abated, it will be back to normal. Yay! My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Egg & Toast
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Oatmeal
Snack: Vitatop
Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Mini Ice cream cone

I am on my next step going back -BOTT schedule.
1. low carb diet - with good foods, 5-7 meals a day (done)
2. Gave up alcohol - done - not any for over a month
3. Regular vitamins and minerals scheduled and good test results - great - done
4. Hormonal balance - done
now it is time for me to move to next steps:
1.Continue good diet - but limit calories - and qty - to get "clean" I allowed myself to eat how much I wanted - when I was hungry. Even snacking as needed (but only low carb food)
2. introduce some regular exercises - now that food and vitamins are under control - I want to schedule some moderate exercise - probably I will go back to yoga and some wii and treadmill at home.
So far I was able to keep my weight steady - with no losing or gaining.. any significant amount of weight. But now - I would like to get toned and go back to my backless dresses and my size 6 and 4 pants. I know I can do that in the next 2-3 months. (app 10 lbs loss + toning)
Plan for today:
Coffee + coconut milk
protein shake
yogurt with proteins and flax meal + 1/2 cup berries
beef stew + veggies
protein cookies or sunflower seeds (snack)
protein shake (after a massage)
meatloaf + veggies or a soup (depends how I feel)
I would like to try to go to yoga tomorrow morning (6am).. but will see if I do that- if not - at least 30 min on a treadmill in the morning.

I am so glad I am completely off alcohol. Now - others can have it and I do not feel sorry for myself ...

I did ok yesterday. Not perfect, but better. Here I am trying to get bot and Im leaving Friday morning for a long weekend at the beach. Thank God I dump... Hard part for me is to keep my snacking in check. Ohhh, stay away from the 'dirty white trash' mix. ahhh, why did it just come to me?!?!?!
My trainer gave me a new recipe to try. I happen to have the ingredients so I'll try it out. Chocolate/pb/banana brownie:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1tsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix with a little water until it has the consistency of brownie batter. Cook in the microwave in 30 second intervals until done (brownie like). Frost with peanut butter and sliced banana.
My eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Slice Arnold double protein bread w/ skippy natural
Pure Protein bar and fruit salad
Peach and a couple cheese cubes
grilled burger for dinner (maybe 3/4 of it)
if I have time, I'll try the brownie
Bootcamp tonight
I love that. Sometimes I add some egg white or a whole egg (instead of water).
Make sure it is in larger container - it may raise up and spill... ***** to clean,,,

Stress, anyone? I have actually lost weight this time due to it, at 187.
