I am just wondering if I am the only that this isnt there first time getting back on track.  I seem to do well then something happens in my life and I fall off but it seems the longer I go the longer I stay off the wagon so to speak.

Any ideas of how to stay on track and not just keep falling off?

Raynetta:

I say a little prayer for each day that I DO NOT fall off the wagon and a thank you for the days that I do and that I am able to get back on track from them.  I will never be recovered from being an overeater and I will always be in recovery one day at a time. :)

One day at a time.
Getting up - again and again. Small steps. I do that over and over and over.
Then it is a new day.. And I start again. It is a journey.

Look at my signature line - as long as you get up again and again - you are never a failure...

As long as you are alive and can move ... and can chose what you eat and how much - you are the one in control.

We're all here for the same reasons.  Each day is a new day, plan your meals each morning and try to stick to your plan.  Over the 10 years, I've been up and down.  I've finally figured out how to work the plan...
Good Luck!

You are absolutely not the only one! Im a junkie. I admit it. I LOVE FOOD!! I love cooking, reading cookbooks, surfing for recipes, planning meals...I even did a stint in culinary school!

Every meal, every bite is a fight. I wish I knew how to turn it off

Im sure the only thing keeping me from gaining are my workouts. Im really kicking it...well, getting it kicked!
