I posted some pictures of what my body looks like after surgery.  They are not password protected so you can go and see them.  I am going to get some before shots from my doctor so I can post some of them for a side by side shot so you can see where I came from.

Looks great. I can see some swelling there - but you have a very nice belly button.  Way to go girl.

Thanks Hala:

Most of my swelling is below my belly button but some evenings I can even feel it above my navel.  I am glad to have it done but I will be glad when this part is over with.

Hi, Angie here, have been absent from OH for quite a while. Your pics look great. I had my tummy tuck and thighs (plus hysterectomy all in one surgery) in 2006). I am joining this group because I have been back on track lately and need this daily motivation to stay on track. My lowest weight was 132, got back up to around 170ish, now about 164 and trying to get back to at least the 140s. It is so hard to lose any weight back now! It seems that it is much harder now. I cannot lose a pound unless I literally starve myself! Has everyone else experienced this as well?

Thank you.  Are you drinking fluids with your meals?  Are you consuming to many carbs and not enough protein?  The way I lost my regain was to cut my calories back to 1000 and up my proteins between 80-100 grams.  I kept my carbs below 100 and do not drink with meals or until 30 minutes afterwards.  I cut out all white products:  sugar, flour, pasta, breads, sweets, etc.  I started walking everyday and journaling my food everyday.  This helped me to drop 70 lbs. in about 8 months.  You can do this too and you do not have to starve.  The heavy protein foods help keep you full much longer and drinking in between meals will help keep the hunger down.  Good luck to you and come blog or lurk here everyday for menu suggestions or just some new ideas.

Revision on 12/10/12
 Hi Tess,
Can you post a sample day of meals? I have gained 60 pounds. I never did loose all of the weight I and am considering a revision but I only want to do that as a last resort.

You look great by the way.
