Hiya Botts:

Restless night last night so I slept in this morning.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Shake
Lunch:  Chicken Salad
Snack:  Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Vita Top
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Mini Ice Cream Cone

I hope everybody has a great day today.  Thank you all for the wonderful welcome back yesterday.  I really appreciate it.

Still struggling with staying "on track", have my annual with my surgeon on Thursday and I can just hear the voice now telling me I'm up  10 lbs and I can loose it if I just go back to the basics of early pouch days...I already know, of course, its just that "easy" - still trying to get my head in the game...

Breakfast :  protein coffee & small palmier
Lunch  :  deli ham with havardi, deli chicken with hummas & 2 hardboiled then devilled eggs
Snack :  mozz/tomato/cucumber salad (maybe)
Dinner :  sausage links, scrambled eggs & little bit of homefried potato (breakfast for dinner)
Cardio :  1.5 mile power walk with the dogs & my son in a.m., then another .5 with DH later today

Hi Tess... and BOTTS..
still cool and rainy day here.. my cat went out and she came back 15 min later complaining about the rain.. she was wet and cold... after I took care of her - I end up wet and cold and she was warm and happy... shess... spoiled cat...lol..

eats are so boring.. but easy. 
coffee+ coconut milk
protein shake
cheese and veggies
protein cookies
some meat and veggies...
maybe fish or shrimps..
snack: sunflower seeds..

Hala,

When you do veggies with cheese, is that like raw veggies like crudite or cooked ones? I have been starving today as I am having PMS so my eating has been awful. Any advice for this time of the month and THE HUNGER? I have DEEP hunger not really cravings. My tummy just constantly growls...

I have strolled the baby twice, each for 30 minutes and taking him to the park tonight where hubs is going to "train me" haha. Probably jumping jacks and some laughs.

Food (bad but confessing)

break - 2 eggs with scrambled cheese
protein shake
lunch - bologna sandwich on 2 pieces of wheat and snack size bag of chips (160 cal bag)
snack - half peanut butter sandwich and yes another snack size chips and snack size 1000 grand candy bar

I got days like that...
My to snack food - with not real limt - except the pouch are the folllowing:

1. raw veggeis taht I can tolerate and that may fill me up (cucumbers, yellow squash, sliced collored peppers)
2. cooked veggies - and I put some salt and butter on them (broccolie- can only have a little, cooked stews...with non -starchy veggies)
3. RAW organic sunflower seeds.. - the pont being RAW and ORGANIC - I allow myslef to eat them as much as I want to - one at a time...- do you knwo how busy you hands get when you pick one small sunflower seeds- it takes me 1 hr to eat that.  Raw seeds - will have enzymes taht makes them partially undigestable by us - so the calorie damage is much less.  (and sinc emost is non-digesatable- i the BM next day is so easy).

Hey Tess and Botts,

Today I did make the Crack Slaw recipe
for dinner and I really liked it a lot.
Next time gonna use hot sausage instead
of the ground beef I think. Definately
a keeper.

Pre breakfast-2 coffees with cream

Breakfast-egg & cottage cheese scramble

coffee w/cr

Lunch-1/2 can tuna, 1 T miracle whip lite and
tsp relish on 1 slice whole wheat & oz. of cheddar

snack-banana

snack-oz cheddar

dinner-3/4 c. crack slaw, 1/2 c. sf applesauce, 1/2 c. m. potatoes

coffee w/cr

snac**** cream bar

more coffee w/cr.
