SO good to hear from you, Tess! I'm looking forward to any details you'd like to share. I hope for a hernia repair and tummy tuck when I'm back close to goal, aiming for Jan or Feb. You are an inspiration!
I am also back after surgery on March 30. Surgery went well and some problems have been resolved. Had to take six weeks off instead of the expected two but I was able to work from home those last four weeks.
I did great for two months--Feb 20 until April 22, lost 24.5 pounds. Then, honestly, I got into Cadbury mini eggs, which then led to bags and bags of Dove chocolate miniatures and really bad carbs. Felt like crap, RH kicked in, gained back most of my loss, but just kept going. Lots of excuses (stress, hyper-extended my knee, etc.), but that's all they are. So, no excuses, I'm back on track starting today and happy to be back here. Started the 5DPT to detox from carbs, worked last time so I'm doing what worked before.
Today:
B - 24 oz decaf with SF syrup and 1 scoop of protein powder
24 ounces decaf tea
S - 8 oz almond milk with 1 scoop of protein powder
24 ounces crystal light
L - 2 SF pudding cups with 1 scoop of protein powder (I was hungry!)
24 ounces crystal light
D - 8 oz almond milk with 1 scoop of protein powder
24 ounces decaf pop or water (really should do water)
S - 8 oz almond milk with 1 scoop of protein powder (if I'm hungry)
