Good morning Botts!

I hope everyone had a great evening yesterday!  I've gotten an early start to my day.  I have a homework assignment due this evening so lets just get it done.

Today, is my rest day so no work out schedule today with the Body Revolution so I am heading for the gym just to walk on the treadmill for an hour. 

Todays eats will be:

Pre-Breakfast:  Decaf Coffee with my meds

Breakfast:  Bagel Sandwich with Egg and Turkey Sausage using a 110 calc Bagel

Snack:  Protein Shake using only on scoop of protein

Lunch: Protein Bar – Snickers

Snack: 1 Cup of Hi Lo Cereal with Almond Milk

Dinner:  Spinach Salad with Roasted Chicken

Snack:  ½ cup of SF Ice Cream

Good morning Wanda and BOTTs. Saturday was not so good day for me. In the morning after coffee I ate 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Then I followed that with 3 poached eggs and then had 3 protein cookies. But the blueberries were too much for my system and after I crushed (low under 30) anyway. I was able to get my sugar up but I was not myself for the rest of the day. Very low sugar crash makes my brain and adrenals not working right.
I do plan to see endocrinologist soon. In a mean time - it will be proteins + fat + nuts + veggies until I know what to do. I am in peace with that.
Eats :
Coffee w coconut milk
Eggs with meat and veggies
Protein cookies
Meat w veggies
Fish w broccoli.
salad w pork...
nuts as a snack.
