Thank you Hala. I really believe that those of us who are this far post op, were almost guniea pigs for the procedure. I am shocked at only 30 years old that I take more pills than a little old lady. And I still feel horrible My memory is awful, absolutely terrible. And I am studying for the bar exam in 6 weeks.

I am covered in bruises and no amount of coffee ever wakes me up. My eyelids and inner cheek are white, not red. Something is amiss here. The good news is this, after Attila the Hun made me so mad and almost had me in tears plus the other doc completely missing that my Vit K was so low it didn't even make the range, my aunt who is a nurse practitioner is handling me in the future. Why? because SHE CARES IF I LIVE OR DIE. My center of excellence only testing my iron and b-12 and saying I am a ok makes me MAD. I told my aunt about the ASBS guidelines for the tests we need run and the ideal ranges, and I am going to send her the literature. She is going to order the bloodwork and review it.

She always helped me review it anyway and when others docs would ignore it, she would say, "val you need more protein shakes, your protein is very low" etc.
