Good luck. And I get what you mean. On days that I feel like I can eat and eat and eat and I am still hungry I wonder why was I upset when I do not feel like eating...
On days like today... nothing appeals to me... I eat because I have to, and things taste like it is made from rubber... Days like that I decide to drink protein shake(s) - at least I can finish one much faster than it takes me to eat... and when I add coffee - I can try to imagine that I am drinking great coffee (not really)

Did ok yesterday. Stayed on plan. Ate a small cheeseburger on a english muffin. wow, I was full. Usually, thats about the amount I can eat, but was just too much last night.
Kicked butt with the trainer.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein bar
Grab a little tuna salad from the cafeteria
Apple and cheese stick
Lean Cuisine Steamer bag
Tomorrow is my daughter's High School Graduation!! I probably wont be checking in, but Im sure food will be ok. We are taking her out for steak after. Easy to be good at a steak place for me cause steak fills me quickly.

Afternoon all. Doing pretty good so far today.
Breakfast: protein bar & banana
Snack: banana
Lunch: salad (lettuce, tomato, yellow pepper, and cucumber with dry tuna & a bit of pickle relish)
Snack: protein bar/shake or carrots w/peanut butter
Dinner: unsure - hubby cooking
Got in 25 minutes doing alternating laps (one with & one against current) in walking oval pool at my gym first thing this a.m. Hope to get in a dog walk this evening.
