Sunday June 3 Cardio and Cafe

Goodmorning Botts,

It's rather gloomy here today. In the 50's and
raining. So far I've only had coffee and okay,
sigh, a few of those blasted tiny little wedding
cookies and am feeling slightly gross. And I
KNOW better.

Well the plan for the rest of my day is:

eggs and veggies and 1/2 slice toast

leftover chicken, cheese, veggie and salsa dish

dinner was gonna be burgers on the grill but it
may be meatloaf with this cold, wet day today.

a shake for later and I swear,no more cookies,
getting more containers and taking next door to
freeze.
I'm trying not to let this make my whole days eating
plan go down the tubes.

 Good morning!
Edie I can't have anything carby like that first thing in the morning. It literally throws my whole day off because I get bouts of Reactive Hypoglycemia and I know that if my sugar drops once in the day it always drops again later in the day.


I'm going to stick to mostly liquids today since my tummy is still a little off from my infusion. I hope Tess is doing ok and healing well.

Well the rain is here for the next three days they claim...

I haven't left much like cooking, I slept in today and been watching TV most of the day.  Recovering from the Jillian Micheals workout from the past 2 days...today was a rest day I will follow her work out schedule as of tomorrow for the next 90 days and here diet which is 1200 calc which I do do now but my way! (my new goal).

So, my eatting today was and will be:

Pre-Breakfast:  ½ Cup of Hi Lo Cereal with Almond Milk

Breakfast:  Bagel Sandwich with Egg and Bacon

Snack:  None

Lunch: ½ Cup of Trail Mix

Snack: 1 Cup of Hi Lo Cereal with Almond Milk

Dinner:  Roasted Asparagus Spears with a 4oz Pork Chop (center cut)

Snack:  Vita Top Brownie (no later than 9pm)
