Wednesday May 30 Cardio & Cafe

Last night storm made me so tired... I was in bed at 8p.m.  Asleep at 8:30...
I woke up a few times, my cat ate some food, I drank some water and we slept until 4:00 am.
Nice.  Great day today. Nice and sunny, busy day at work..

eats today:
pork loin and cucumber (breakfast)
coffee + coconut milk
protein cake and tea
meatloaf + veggies
fruits and nuts... (snack)

beef roast... or salad with chicken or fish...
Exercise : walking...

Hi Botts,

The weather is nice and mild here, took Lola for a
walk and hung my laundry on the line to dry. My life
is exciting isn't it?

eats:

scrambled eggs and cheese & pb toast

wendy's grilled sandwich sans bun a 1/2 order small fry

dinner is salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, taco meat, italian dressing and chick peas

snacks are apple, cheese and shake

I'm trying the recipe where you mix 64 oz of water with
4 scoops PP and an entire box of sf pudding powder in big container, shake it up and leave ing fridge for4 hours or overnight and shake it up again to mix all the
bits of softened PP.

Makes 4-16 oz shakes, and keeps in fridge 3-4 days

I'm trying it out today, let you know but think It'll be yummy

Ive been avoiding coming over here. Ive not been eating well. I had hoped to get back on track again today. The hunger monster has me. Thank goodness my trainer has been kicking my butt so hopefully I havent gained these past couple days (damn, almost a week now!)

Seriously, I was beaten last night. Burpees, walking weighted squats, pushups, lateral plank crawls, more burpees. I almost started bawling when I got in the car to go home.

I havent eaten well today, but I can have a better rest of the day and a good day tomorrow. One meal, one bite at a time.

Bootcamp tonight.
